I, the Interior Minister of Pinang proposes a new article to be added into the constitution.
This new article (Article 26) will legalise homosexuality, relationships between the same sex.
The vote will begin at 21:15 and will end at 11:15 the following day.
If this vote is tied, a referendum must take place within thirty days of the conclusion of this vote. The date is to be specified by the Prime Minister only.. -
