I DECRETO PRESIDENZIALE
Parte I-Elezioni e Referendum
Art.1
L' ex Arciduca e i suoi discendenti hanno diritto a un seggio nel senato.
Art.2
Lo stato si divide in tre sezioni elettorali:
-Sezione Elettorale Est
-Sezione Elettorale Centro ed Estero
-Sezione Elettorale Ovest
Ogni sezione Elettorale elegge un senatore nei modi stabiliti dalla Costituzione.
In caso nessuno risulti eletto, il Presidente del Senato Nazionale nomina il senatore mancante.
Art.3
Il Presidente o il senato possono organizzare Referendum di livello nazionale mentre i governatori provinciali hanno potere di organizzare referendum a livello provinciale.
PARTE II-Cittadinanza e Governo
Art.4
La Cittadinanza può essere conferita solo dal Presidente, può essere revocata con un processo presieduto dal Console Provinciale o dal Procuratore Generale.
Art.5
Il Presidente nomina i ministri ogni mese.
Art.6
Il Presidente nomina ogni il gran Cancelliere ogni 5 mesi.
Art.7
I ministri sono:
-Ministro della Difesa e della Sicurezza Interna
-Ministro degli Affari Esteri
-Ministro della Salute, della Cultura e dell'Economia
Art.8
Le Forze Militari e la Polizia Statale sono dipendenti dal Ministro della Difesa e della Sicurezza Interna, mentre i Servizi Segreti rispondono solo al Presidente.
Art.9
In caso di vacanza o di non disponibilità del Presidente e del Gran Cancelliere i loro ruoli vengono assunti dal Ministro della Difesa e della Sicurezza Interna.
Art.10
Il presente decreto, ha valore come legge ed entra in vigore il giorno seguente alla sua pubblicazione.
I PRESIDENTIAL DECREE Part I - Elections and Referendum
art.1 The former Archduke and his descendants are entitled to a seat in the Senate.
art.2 The state is divided into three electoral sections:
- East Electoral Section
-Centre and Foreign Electoral Section
- West Electoral Section
Each electoral section elects a senator in the manner established by the Constitution. If no one is elected, the President of the National Senate appoints the senator.
Art.3 The president or the senate can organize referendums of national level while the provincial governors have the power to organize referendums at the provincial level.
PART II - Citizenship and Government
Art.4 Citizenship can only be conferred by the President, it can be revoked with a trial chaired by the Provincial Consul or by the attorney general.
Art.5 The President appoints ministers every month.
Art.6 The President appoints each Grand Chancellor every 5 months.
art.7 The ministers are: - Minister of Defense and Internal Security -Minister of Foreign Affairs - Minister of Health, Culture and Economy
Art.8 The Military Forces and the State Police are dependent on the Minister of Defense and Internal Security, while the Secret Services respond only to the President.
Art.9 In case of vacancy or unavailability of the President and the Grand Chancellor their roles are assumed by the Minister of Defense and Internal Security
Art.10 The present decree has value as law and comes into force the day following its publication.

II DECRETO PRESIDENZIALE
TITOLO I-ONORIFICENZE
Art.1
È creato l' Ordine Repubblicano di Pinang.
Il Presidente è il Coordinatore Generale dell' ordine.
Art.2
I gradi dell' Ordine di Pinang sono:
-Cavaliere
-Alfiere Ufficiale
-Protettore
TITOLO II-GRADI DI DIFESA
Art.3
I gradi di difesa sono i seguenti e possono essere cambiati solamente dal Presidente e dal Ministro della Difesa e della Sicurezza Interna:
Grado Alpha -Situazione molto tranquilla, periodo di pace
Grado Beta -Situazione parzialmente tranquilla, periodo di pace con qualche possibile minaccia
Grado Gamma
-Situazione parzialmente movimentata, le forze armate devono essere pronte a eventuali attacchi e minaccie
Grado Delta -Situazione molto movimentata, possibili gli attacchi del nemico, prepararsi alla difesa
Grado Zeta -Pericolo vicino, le Forze Militari sono pronte a intervenire è ufficialmente emergenza nazionale, i servizi segreti si mettono in moto e devono essere pronti a prevedere e prevenire gli attacchi
Grado Eta -Pericolo alto, evacuano tutte le zone dove sarà l' impatto,
Grado Theta -Alcuni dei comuni sono occupati, si cerca di trovare un posto sicuro per la popolazione sfollata
Grado Iota -La maggior parte della Repubblica è in mano al nemico
TITOLO III-ORGANIGRAMMA DELLA POLIZIA STATALE
Art.4
I Dipartimenti della Polizia Statale sono gestiti da un Sergente e sono i seguenti:
Dipartimento Provinciale di Estosadok
Dipartimento Provinciale di Piniang
Art.5
Il Gran Cancelliere è anche Maresciallo della Polizia Statale e può revocare i sergenti su approvazione del Ministro della Difesa e della Sicurezza Interna.
Art.6
Questo decreto ha valore di legge ed entra in vigore il momento della sua pubblicazione.
II PRESIDENTIAL DECREE
TITLE I-Honors
art.1

TITLE II - DEFENSE DEGREES
Art.3

Grade Grade
- Partially moving situation, the armed forces must be ready for possible attacks and threats

TITLE III - ORGANIZATION CHART OF STATE POLICE
Art.4
The Departments of the State Police are managed by a Sergeant and are as follows:

Art.5
The Grand Chancellor is also Marshal of the State Police and can revoke sergeants with the approval of the Minister of Defense and Internal Security.
