Art.1
Sono considerati reati nazionali, punibili con un processo nazionali le seguenti azioni:
-Intimidazione attraverso minacce a votare un determinato cittadino , determinati cittadini o partito
-Intimidazione attraverso minacce a esprimere un determinato voto a un referendum
-Corruzione con beni materiali a votare un determinato cittadino, determinati cittadini o partito o esprimere un determinato voto a un referendum
-Corruzione con beni materiali a eseguire determinate azioni
-Intimidazione con minacce a eseguire determinate azioni
Art.2
I reati elencati nel precedente articolo sono punibili con una sospensione della cittadinanza o con un esilio temporaneo che vada dai 9 ai 75 giorni solari.
Art.3
In caso una carica statale commetta tali reati è sospesa dagli incarichi.

Art.1
The following actions are considered national offenses, punishable by a national trial:
-Intimidation through threats to vote for a specific citizen, certain citizens or a party -Intimidation through threats to cast a certain vote in a referendum
-Intimidation through threats to perform certain actions
-Corruption with material assets to vote for a specific citizen, certain citizens or party or cast a specific vote in a referendum
-Corruption with material assets to perform certain actions
Art.2
The crimes listed in the previous article are punishable by a suspension of citizenship or a temporary exile ranging from 9 to 75 calendar days.
Art.3
If a member of a state office commits such crimes, it is suspended from office..
